

The Grieving Process
Grieving a loss is different for different people. There is no formula, or manual on how to grieve correctly. Grief isn’t only about death but about almost any kind of loss. I talked to a friend once who had been ill, who said, “I lost a lot of weight and I’m not happy with my body anymore. I feel like I’m grieving the loss of what my body used to look like.” She’s right – she is grieving a loss. A loss that is grieved can be anything from a loss of a job, a friend movi
